First of all, the hospital is clean and spacious! The consultant is really kind, and she carefully looks at what I want! The director also clearly tells me what surgery I need, and I like it because it feels like everything has been clearly organized! They make an image of what I would look like after surgery with Photoshop, and I liked it. Hearing that they would try to make it come out like that as much as possible made me very excited:)
