I had a hump nose and a deviated nose, and the year before last I had functional and cosmetic nose surgery at a clinic said to do natural-looking results well. At first I could breathe well and the shape was pretty, but after about 6 months, as the swelling gradually went down, my nose became crooked, and maybe the hump was not shaved down enough because it was clearly noticeable.. What stresses me out the most is that I’m not sure if the nasal dorsum is dented, but there is shadowing in the middle area.. My nose was originally deviated, and the director said something along the lines that the deviation would improve with surgery, but I think it would have been better if they had explained these possible complications in advance. Also, after looking at other reviews, it seems like they operate on patients using almost the same method, so I think it would be better if they suggested a surgical method suited to each patient.
