It has been over a year since the surgery, and one side had an after-service correction in the middle; it has been 7 months since then.
I had the after-service correction because the line got covered, and the line on the corrected eye is really bad.
The front and back parts of the line are high, and the pinched marks are severe. On top of that, the line overlaps, and I don’t know how they pinched it, but the line is extremely messy.
Their response is bad too. They said they would raise it again by 1 mm, but when I said that would probably make the height difference with the other side too big, they couldn’t say anything. They were like, “It’s only a 1 mm difference anyway”~ They don’t think from the patient’s perspective at all.
A clinic is not good just because they do after-service corrections well. They need to do it well from the start, and if they do an after-service correction, they should properly fix the insufficient parts right away. That’s what makes them good.
