After <1 month> before and after Hi everyone This is a review of my successful 4th nose surgery at Goksaem For 10 years I was so burned up inside that I almost went crazy and jumped out of my skin I am just grateful I met a good hospital and a good doctor.... Goksaem does not advertise, so there are few reviews, and many people here were curious, but real life has been busy so I am a bit late ^-^;;; Because my skin is thin, I had silicone + ear cartilage + AlloDerm They put the AlloDerm in plumply, but it feels like it has almost been absorbed. I was satisfied even when it was plump, and it was pretty (by my standards) My nasal bridge was crooked, the silicone was showing through, my nostrils were uneven, cartilage was protruding, and the silicone and cartilage had disconnected, so it was a fairly complicated nose that needed a lot of work. Since it was Dr. Gok Nak-su, it seems he made it into a human-looking nose like this! Ha, I am truly grateful every day... why couldn't I have met him earlier... just love. thank. grateful. I love you, thank you, and I am grateful....!!!!! Since it was my 4th surgery, I carefully narrowed down hospitals while using this community for over a year During the process of going around for consultations, I was hurt a lot too I wondered if my nose was really that hopeless and difficult...(it was a difficult nose) Actually, my main purpose was reconstruction. More than wanting to become aesthetically beautiful, I just wanted to have a human-looking nose After living 10 years while being conscious of and covering my nose every day, it went beyond driving me crazy and made me worn down as a person... If only the cartilage disconnection and silicone show-through were resolved, I would have been 85% satisfied For the design, my aesthetic preference matched the director's, so I entrusted it to him! Many people asked about his aesthetic sense, but I think it is not a matter of whether the director's aesthetic is good or bad, but whether it matches what everyone is pursuing. I personally loved it ^^ For the uneven nostrils and protruding cartilage, I had not heard good things when consulting elsewhere, so I did not expect much But he matched them amazingly, incredibly, fantastically well.... Maybe because the staff have been together since the 101 days, the clinic atmosphere is calm and comfortable too If anyone is considering revision surgery for the same reasons as me, please at least get a consultation haha
