I think I spent more time in consultation with the manager than with the director. My consultation with the director lasted about 10 minutes, but he explained in quite a lot of detail why this surgery was necessary. And I felt reassured because he did not recommend surgeries that the patient did not really need. At the time, my ability to open my eyes was a little weak, but an ophthalmologist had already diagnosed that I did not need ptosis correction. Other hospitals I visited for consultation all recommended ptosis correction, but this hospital was the only one that said I did not need it, so I ended up getting surgery here...
