Tertiary revision rhinoplasty
My current nose has autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone in it. It's not contracture, but I'm looking into surgery due to dissatisfaction with the shape.
The ear cartilage has pretty much all been used. I don't have septal cartilage because of two-jaw surgery.
The available materials are poor, there are clear limitations, and my original nose was naturally very small, low, and upturned (dragon nose), so the current condition is tight.
I've been to Mint, With You Wonil, Fill Up Trend, Rococo, and Migo (Director Kang Eun-taek).
The remaining places are The Plus (Jung Jae-yong) and Jeongwon (Seo Man-gun), and I'm going the day after tomorrow.
The prices differ by up to about 2 million won,
and what surprised me is that everyone says really different things.
One place says to gather ear cartilage and use artificial dermis, another says to reuse the costal cartilage, another says to use new costal cartilage.
The surgical direction and methods are all different too.
The rest were all just so-so, but the place I have in mind for now is Migo.
