Maybe because the doctor has a lot of experience and has seen many different kinds of noses, the consultation was also very detailed and they looked closely at even the small details. It wasn't the kind of atmosphere where they just say it'll definitely go well and flatter you. They clearly separated what needed to be done from what didn't. They looked at the overall picture, including how the before-and-after difference would come out if I had surgery and whether the look I wanted would actually be achieved. What's more, the manager was very gentle, told stories from their own experience, and responded with, "Of course you should take your time to think about it," without pushing for a deposit, which I really appreciated.
