It has already been 12 weeks, 3 months, since I had the abdominal liposuction procedure! At first, my abdomen was bruised and swollen because of the injected solution, but now it has settled completely and beautifully, so it still feels amazing when I look at it again haha. I only cut down on binge eating and late-night snacks, and the habit of eating moderately has settled in, so I’m maintaining it steadily without any yo-yo effect. Dieting had felt so overwhelming, but with help from the procedure I got off to a good start, and over these 3 months I never felt stressed or that it was hard. If anything, it felt like a diet where I was becoming lighter. The fat was definitely removed, and they shaped it beautifully too, so I’m really satisfied.
