After functional nose surgery, I really didn’t like the result, so I contacted them for an early removal consultation, and I was very grateful that they scheduled a consultation as quickly as possible. The clinic building was a bit old, but the inside was small yet clean. I hadn’t found out what method had been used for my surgery, but the director looked at it and told me it seemed to have been done this way, which made me trust him, and he also seemed confident about the surgery. The consultant was kind too, and instead of insisting that I get surgery no matter what, she told me to think carefully until the end and then contact them, so I trusted them. In terms of cost, it was more expensive than I expected, so it felt burdensome, but it was still a satisfying consultation.
