Before/after My eyes have usually been on the smaller side, so I decided to get double eyelid surgery and had the operation. During the consultation, the director explained well how the surgery should be done for a natural and pretty result, which was nice. There was no pain at all during the surgery, and even after the surgery ended, the nurse responded kindly. After the anesthesia wore off, it was not severely painful; it felt slightly bruised, and after taking medicine and sleeping for about 2 hours, I felt better. When the stitches were removed, it did sting a lot, but the nurse removed them really quickly. (About 3 minutes) The post-procedure photos are, in order, the day of surgery, 4 days after, 10 days after, and 13 days after (today). I had heard that double eyelid surgery usually causes bruising around the eyes, but I did not bruise at all, and although it has not even been 2 weeks since surgery, the swelling has gone down a lot. People around me have told me a lot that I became prettier and that I don’t have much swelling, so it was a surgery I was really satisfied with. More than anything, I think I was even more satisfied because the director and nurses explained everything carefully!!
