Just looking at the shape, ㅁㅇㄷ looked pretty, so I like ㅂㅌㅇ’s shape too.. If it’s not a bulbous nose, I think using only ear cartilage and septal cartilage would be okay.. but to me and my mom, my nose looks round and bulbous.. So I feel like rib cartilage should be used.. Considering experience or expertise, I’m also thinking maybe I should just go to ㅁㅎ and ask for what I want... And in my opinion, my rhinitis is really severe. I blow my nose every day and my nose gets blocked About 4-5 years ago, I also had a cauterization procedure.. so I thought I might do it together this time, but ㅈㅇㅌ and ㅂㅌㅇ strongly say even cauterization isn’t necessary...
