There was a bit of a wait, but they gave me snacks and tea, and there was a pamphlet? booklet, so while I was reading it, the time went by quickly. The director explained things in detail and answered questions well. They didn’t recommend unnecessary surgery. Instead, they actually discouraged something I said I wanted to do. The consultant also seemed businesslike but kind, and there was absolutely no pressure.
