I went there for revision eye surgery, but they suddenly recommended nose surgery too. I hadn’t even said I was going to get my nose done, but they assumed on their own that I was doing both and only told me the combined price. I tried to ask questions, but they cut me off every time I spoke and just snapped out what they wanted to say in an irritated tone. I felt bad, and whenever I asked anything, they answered before I could even finish speaking, so I had nothing more to say and just left after a 3-5 minute consultation. The hospital facilities felt upscale and clean. The consultant did seem kinder than the director, but compared with other hospitals, I’m not sure.
