The doctor said if it seemed lacking after surgery, we could do it then, so I agreed. It’s day 9, and I had the splint removed on the 16th hahaEven though my nose had a bulbous tip, a wide nasal dorsum, was low, and even had a slight hump, so I wondered if non-implant surgery would be possible, they immediately said it was possible!! I feel regretful about all the years I only spent worrying, but also feel like maybe it was because it’s now that I could meet my nose-father!!
Before surgery, I asked them to make it as slim as possible, and as soon as surgery was done, I could see the nose line through the splint and already liked it, so I was excited They said perfect nostril symmetry was impossible, so why did you make them symmetrical..? I brought photos of the nose shape I wanted, and they made it juuuust the same, copied and pasted the columella too, and now the swelling will keep going down, so I’m really, really looking forward to it
