I had to wait a really long time and paid 30,000 won for an ultrasound as well. They explained everything very kindly and carefully, so I was thinking of doing it there, but the cost was higher than I expected at first. I had only gone in looking at submental liposuction, but they also talked about neck surgery for a thick neck. I think that surgery is called grape-cluster surgery elsewhere. Anyway, combining those two made it much more expensive than expected. Most importantly, after reading the reviews here, there were a lot of comments about the operating room, so I just had the consultation and left. But after watching YouTube and reading reviews, it seems like they are quite skilled, so I still do not know whether it was the right choice.
