I had ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty. My upper eyelid area was originally narrow, fleshy, and had thick skin, so even double-eyelid glue and tape wouldn’t stay on, but for ptosis correction, it looks natural and I still don’t have any discomfort. Because there’s a lot of flesh on the skin and it’s very thick, the line does show clearly when I close my eyes. The line was made very thin, and I’m extremely satisfied with that part. My eyes got much bigger, but they don’t look overwhelming, and I think it would have been a disaster if the line had been made thick. But even if I had begged them to make the line thick, I don’t think they would have done it. I also wanted lateral canthoplasty or lower canthoplasty, but they firmly refused, saying that for these reasons it would just reattach anyway. But I didn’t know it at the time; looking back now, I think I paid a bit too much for it.
