I thought about it a lot before doing it, but overall I'm satisfied. Pros: Maybe because they do a lot of alar base reduction, the director's hand skills are… I thought I would need at least a week of downtime and planned to wear a mask, but when I looked in the mirror right after surgery, the stitches were sewn so neatly that at a glance it doesn't show at all… The surgery was done quickly in 20 minutes, so it didn't even feel like a major surgery. The scar area is really clean. I think the hand skills for suturing are truly amazing
