- Both the consultant and the director were very kind and meticulous
- The consultant was very meticulous. There was a slight communication issue between me and the director, and after the consultation ended, the consultant noticed it and told the director again
- So after the consultation ended and the director had gone back, they came back again and consulted with me again lol
* The communication issue wasn’t about anyone’s feelings being hurt; it was literally an issue where something was genuinely misunderstood.
- So the director’s consultation was almost 30-40 minutes, and in total I consulted for 1 hour
- But they didn’t show even a hint of being bothered and instead explained everything kindly
- Among the lines they designed for me, the non-incisional double eyelid line in particular was really pretty
- I was so grateful to both the director and the consultant
