Both the director and the consultant were kind, and they answered my questions well during the consultation. But they seemed to lack a bit of confidence? about the surgery. Since it’s a revision eye surgery, I think it’s okay for them to tell me that overlapping creases could form, but they warned me so much and worried even more than I did, so from a patient’s perspective, I felt anxious and decided not to do it here. Also, the consultation manager tends to pressure you to book on the same day. It’s uncomfortable.
