I didn’t really feel that the staff were kind, and with the consultant too, it felt more like things flowed in the direction they led rather than me saying my opinions? I consulted with a different director, not the one I had requested. I didn’t ask many questions, but the director also recommended three procedures, gave a brief explanation, and I think each consultation lasted about 5 minutes~!
