I had 4 mm silicone, autologous costal cartilage, nostril lowering, and nasolabial angle correction, and now that it’s been over 4 months, all the major swelling is gone and I’m just waiting for the minor swelling to go down.
The nasal tip is so pretty, and I’m happy with it. People around me have told me hundreds and thousands of times that getting revision rhinoplasty was such a good decision!
My first surgery was 8 years ago, using only ear cartilage and silicone, so I don’t know if that made it more upturned or if the surgery was done poorly, but maybe because I lived with a nose I disliked for so long, after this rhinoplasty turned out well, how should I put it... in many ways, starting with my confidence, it feels like I’m living again.
