My eyes are really botched, right..?

<This is me opening my eyes properly>When I was in middle school, I wanted to get it done quickly, so without really looking into it properly, I went to a clinic that was supposedly safe and famous and had it done.. But I think it was wrong from the very beginning. As soon as I came out after the surgery, the mucous membrane was just flipped over and exposed. I thought it was swelling, and when I contacted the clinic, they told me to come back in a year because I was still young.. And when I went back a year later, they still said it was swelling. They gave me an injection to reduce swelling and told me to come back once I became an adult. But when I became an adult, they said the A/S period had already passed. I feel like I was taken advantage of back then because I didn’t know anything... They said they’d redo the canthoplasty and everything for 1.5 million won, but how can I trust the clinic that ruined my eyes like this and lie down there again.. They won’t compensate me, and they keep saying that once more time passes and my face finishes developing, it’ll change, but I’m 23 now. Is there really anything more that could change from here?? I just feel like it’s botched. At 5 clinics that are supposedly famous, they already told me it’s been a long time since the adhesion formed, so they might not be able to fix it perfectly...
