First of all, the consultation took almost an hour, and they explained things really well in a way that was easy to understand. It was also good that they took a CT scan and showed me an image of how I might look after plastic surgery. However, the surgery price was higher than I expected, and I had wanted to remove the silicone and only have revision surgery on the nasal tip, but because of the possibility of nasal bridge depression, they recommended donated dermis, so I’m thinking about it. I don’t want to put anything like an implant back into my nasal bridge
