Eye Surgery Reviews

Wonjin community review

About 10 years ago, because I had a bulbous nose, I had cartilage work, osteotomy, and alar reduction, but it didn’t become that slim. If you go to Wonjin, whether it’s a bulbous nose or not, the side profile all comes out looking the same. The funny thing is, after surgery, I heard for the first time that my nose was pretty. To anyone, from the side line it was clearly just a bulbous nose that hadn’t been operated on, with a semi-ski-slope shape haha Recently, I’ve been going to consultations, and I was told that the nasal bridge is positioned too high, above the upper eyelid area, and the semi-ski-slope ends too short, so the proportions don’t match and it looks masculine... More than anything, I had said I absolutely did not want L-shaped silicone, and they said the nasal bridge would be inserted thinly, but when I recently got a CT scan, it turned out to be L-shaped silicone, and the silicone height is highest at the nasal bridge. Since the consulting director and the operating surgeon were different, of course the result turned out like this... I developed contracture and am now going around for revision surgery consultations. For a bulbous nose, please don’t try to save money on your first surgery; go somewhere good and finish it in one go...
