They gave me a very long consultation. I should have prepared a lot of questions before going, but I went a bit out of the blue and couldn’t really ask much. The consultant was kind, and the director also explained things in detail. Since it’s an expensive surgery, I’ll think about it a lot, but they seem trustworthy.
