I’m someone who has lived with under-eye fillers for many years and fillers really give me a great shape. But I feel uneasy and worried about living while only continuing to get fillers, so I’m thinking of just having surgery altogether. If I get under-eye fat repositioning, will the shape come out completely clean like when I get filler? Or will it look natural and fill in the tear trough less? I want it completely filled in
