Before<before>After<after> The day of surgery and the first day were hard, so I kept regretting having surgery, but now I'm satisfied haha. I don't like a pointed line or a line that turns up like a semi-ski slope, so before surgery I told them I wanted it a bit rounded and natural, and I think it came out that way. I wanted alar base reduction, but the director said it would be okay to think about that after surgery, so I didn't do alar base reduction. The nasal tip is still a bit bulky and upturned, so I'm waiting for the nasal swelling to go down haha
