Honestly, while going around for consultations, this was the first time I thought I wanted to have surgery here because the consultant was so kind. Of course, the consultation with the director is more important! There was some waiting time before the consultation, and during that time she explained various things about my eye concerns and similar patient cases, and answered my questions sincerely, which I liked. At other places, I could feel that they found it bothersome, but this place was different. I think I was lucky.. The director also drew pictures while explaining things like my eye line. But communication with the director should be the focus, and I felt a little less like he had completely understood my eyes. Still, he explained surgical methods for the problems, so I did trust him. The price range was somewhat high with various things included, but it was because of what I wanted, so I wasn’t shocked.
