Irresponsibility after ruining my double eyelid surgery

Sigh, 2 years ago my double eyelid surgery was completely botched. The line I wanted was a semi-out line, but during the consultation they did not even properly draw the line; they just said verbally that they understood and sent me straight to the operating room. The epicanthoplasty was uneven, and one side was not opened enough, so I got an extra crease because of the Mongolian fold. The upper canthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty did not look like they had been done at all, and I just spent more money with no change.

The line gets narrower toward the outer side and looks strange. On top of that, they incorrectly set the line so that the inner corner part of one eye sticks up sharply, so every time I look in the mirror, I get extremely stressed. I tried to meet the director for a consultation, but I could not meet the director and they kept making me talk only to the manager in between. When I finally met the director and talked, they said it turned out well, and I was honestly dumbfounded... It looks strange to anyone, but they insisted it was good instead. Because the back part of the line droops down and the epicanthoplasty is uneven, I ultimately spent several million won elsewhere and had two more revision surgeries, so I ended up spending double and triple the money, but in the end I am dissatisfied with my current condition.

The line is in an ambiguous state that is neither in-out, outline, nor semi-out, and the part where they originally set the line too high and pointed at the inner corner of one eye has settled that way, so that part of the line is bent. I spent all that money and only got stress. I am seriously so angry I could die.

Even now, 2 years later, I have been suffering emotionally because of the originally incorrect line. I felt so wronged that I went there and showed them photos, and what they said was, "It turned out so well!" They said that, and I was speechless. Then they blamed my eyes. How can anyone look at that condition and say it turned out well? They do not have even a fingernail's worth of conscience.

What was even more absurd was that they pushed their face right up close to mine, as if they were about to hit me, saying things like the surgery turned out so well and telling me to sue. They acted completely arrogant.

Since they said with their own mouth that the surgery turned out so well, I guess they have nothing to be ashamed of even if people see it.

It turned out there were several people besides me who had eye surgery with that director and had it botched. That director's main field is breast surgery. Even looking at the videos they upload on YouTube, there is nothing but breast surgery or liposuction. If they have no skill with eyes, why on earth do they operate and harm multiple people? Director Cho Hee-eun of Cheongdam OK Plastic Surgery. I am writing this hoping there will be no other victims.
