I’m currently undergoing orthodontic treatment. At first, it was very uncomfortable and I couldn’t eat well. Maybe because of that, my jaw muscles have also reduced, and I’ve lost some cheek fat too. Before orthodontic treatment, my jaw muscles were enlarged, so I used to get Botox. These days, my jaw muscles have reduced even more than when I got Botox. I guess I normally chewed hard when eating. But now that the muscles have reduced, my cheekbones look more prominent, so I’m worried. I’m worried my cheek fat won’t come back even after the orthodontic treatment is finished.
