It hasn’t even been 24 hours yet since I had behind-the-ear mandibular angle surgery + cortical bone surgery. Since they didn’t make an incision inside the mouth, it’s very comfortable to move around, and it doesn’t hurt much either. I didn’t have general anesthesia, just sedation anesthesia, and they did it really safely. Right after surgery, when you’re passed out in the recovery room, they show you the bone they operated on, and wow... It’s fascinating. I also wanted muscle resection, but the director looked at my face and only told me about surgeries I could do right away and surgeries I actually needed. There isn’t any bruising on my face, and there isn’t much swelling either. I’m looking forward to the day I can remove the bandage.
