The director was the one who consulted with me, and as of 2022, he used something like a toothpick to shape the line.. No matter how bad the facilities were, it was still a plastic surgery clinic, but they didn’t even turn on the heating, so I sat there shivering while waiting for my consultation. I got a consultation that barely qualified as one, and they neatly charged me 10,000 won for it ^-^ He quoted 1.5 million won for just an incisional double-eyelid surgery, with nothing else added.
