Before<Before surgery><Day 7 front-lower view><Day 7 side profile><Day 7 side profile>It’s day 7 after surgery From a masculine nose + bulbous nose + low nose, I raised the area between the glabella + nasal bridge + nasal tip with ear cartilage + silicone. I didn’t separately do bulbous-nose surgery like alar base reduction. During the consultation, they told me that since my nose was low, building up the nasal bridge would naturally make it look higher. They showed me in the mirror and lifted it like this with a cotton swab, so I had some idea of what the nose shape would be. I removed the splint on day 5 and had the stitches removed today. The surgery went so well that I really barely bruised and almost had no swelling. I think the director is really good. It does seem like the nasal tip is slightly more lifted, but the swelling hasn’t fully gone down yet, so I think I should wait a bit more!
