I got semi-permanent filler, but the shape was ruined, so I'm planning to have it removed. For reference, removal surgery is highly difficult and very expensive. Never get semi-permanent filler. I looked online to find places for surgery, and there are extremely many people who have it calcify or spread after 5, 10, or 15 years and end up needing removal surgery.
