The director was very kind. I did think the surgery price was way too high for a provincial area. I felt throughout the consultation that the director seems to pursue a natural-looking nose and has a lot of pride in that. Unlike when I had consultations at other hospitals, he said he couldn't raise the bridge of the nose very much, and when I showed him the photo I wanted, he said it would be impossible....
