I was glad cartilage wasn’t removed, but as time passed, I do smile a bit like I have an arrow-shaped nose ㅠ It is a bit disappointing, but since it is also a major surgery, I’m trying not to think about revision surgery Septal cartilage is not just all good, so please think it through carefully I still feel like the nasal tip is hard.
