Was it 7 years ago... Quite a lot of time has passed. I developed nerve damage where the nasolabial fold area moves every time I close my eyes. I didn’t know the reason all this time and wondered if it was because of lower canthoplasty, but two other hospitals said it seems the nerve damage was caused by liposuction. I also developed too much facial scar tissue, and I think this is a surgery that needs to be approached carefully. They say reconstruction isn’t possible either, so it feels bleak.
