Because I'm male, I thought I probably hadn't looked into nose surgery as much as women do, so they explained things very thoroughly and it was easy to understand. I brought up the things I was curious about and the concerns I had, and they explained everything kindly and well. They also tried to design it as much as possible around what the patient wanted, which raised my expectations for the surgery a bit. The doctor was really kind too.
