The manager was kind, and the doctor was kind too. It seems like they don’t do excessive surgery? I went because I have a bulbous nose?, but they said my skin is thick too, so even if they did open surgery, performed osteotomy, and operated, the effect would not be worth how painful the process is, so they did not recommend it. They said if they absolutely had to recommend something, they could only reduce the nostril wings, but the effect would not be as dramatic as I wanted, so they advised against that too ..
