Review of using autologous costal cartilage for a third revision rhinoplasty

Before<before>After<one month after>I had my third revision rhinoplasty. As time passed after my second surgery, my columella became shorter, and because I was also stressed about my nasal tip looking blunt, I started disliking taking photos and kept worrying about it. After much thought, I looked into hospitals for revision surgery, and I liked the reviews for Louvre, so I requested a consultation and had one. (I guess a lot of people really request consultations there. I had my consultation one month after requesting it ㅠ) I had the surgery at the end of December, so I think it’s been about a month and a half now. There is still a little bit of minor swelling left, but the nasal bridge has become a bit higher and more defined, and the columella area has become longer again. haha The nasal tip line also connects naturally from the nasal bridge line and falls beautifully, and I’m satisfied. I used autologous costal cartilage, and looking at my nose shape, I think it was a good decision to use autologous costal cartilage. These days I take a lot of selfies, and I like looking in the mirror now too haha
