My Nose Became Really Slim

Before<Before surgery><1 week (nasal stitches remaining)><2 weeks, after complete removal of nasal stitches><1 month><2 months><3 months><4 months>For sure, when it comes to the nose.. I think it looks pretty only when costal cartilage is used Especially for people like me with somewhat thick skin and a large nose, it seems like a must..? I used donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone, and I think I heard during the consultation that ear cartilage is flexible, so it’s good for shaping? And then the donated costal cartilage supports it firmly? Maybe that’s why The line came out really pretty, and it became super slim. I had it done at Louvre I told the director during the consultation that my large nose was really stressful, and that I wanted as slim and truly feminine a nose as possible. I emphasized those two things a lot and I also mentioned them again on the day of surgery haha It settled into the nose shape I wanted during the consultation, so I’m really happy
