The facilities were very clean. It was nice that they printed out the photos and explained while showing them to me. I brought photos of a celebrity's nose, but they said it absolutely couldn't be achieved, so I somehow trusted them more because of the realistic advice. Since I'm a man, I didn't know what was what, but I think it was nice that they explained calmly.
