I had surgery with general fat grafting, and I was torn because the hospital was more famous for implants than fat grafting... but the fat grafting-focused hospitals did not have specialists, so after thinking about various things, I ended up getting it done there. They were very kind and answered in detail, and I think the surgery itself went without any major issues. But one thing that bothered me a little was that I had heard that, in the case of fat grafting, it is better not to wear a tight compression bra. At the time, they said it would be good to wear a compression bra, and when I later had consultations for a second round at hospitals specializing in fat grafting and asked about it, they said it is better not to put pressure on the fat. So it bothered me a bit that I had kept wearing a compression bra without knowing that.
