Before <pre-op>>> I had revision surgery at a plastic surgery clinic near Gangnam Station using donated costal cartilage, but within just a few months, the nasal tip dropped quickly. I still had some bulbous-nose look left, and once the tip dropped, my nose looked long from the front, so it was stressful>Before <1 week>>> From the consultation all the way until right before surgery, I kept asking for a high nasal tip and a glamorous look, but honestly, while the splint was on, it looked low, so I was really worried. But right after the splint was removed, I screamed.. The shape and height I’d been praising came out, so I think this is the surgery I’ve been most satisfied with out of all the ones I’ve had ++Honestly, based on my experience, worrying that it looks low while the splint is on is way too premature (personally) lol Nobody knows until it comes off><2 months>>> Every time I had surgery before, I’d start to see some nasal tip drooping from around the 2-month mark, so I was worried, but this time, as the swelling went down, the tip actually stayed maintained and the nose felt slimmer. It kind of feels like they operated while taking into account how the shape would look after the swelling went down?>Before <6 months>>> It feels like the nasal tip has come down slightly compared to the early stage, but it’s definitely different from the surgeries I had before. People around me actually say it looks even more natural now and suits my face so well>Before <current>>> Honestly, I’m surprised because I’ve never stayed satisfied for this longㅜㅜ Since I usually prefer a glamorous nose, I still think my nose is pretty>When I looked through my notes, I found some short entries I’d written after surgery, so I’m copy-pasting them like this..ㅎㅎㅎ Since this was really my third surgery, I thought my desperation was on another level, and it really was worth all the online searching and footwork ㅜㅜ I really hope this helps people who are considering revision surgery
