I visited in 2022 with the goal of removing two raised moles on my face. The hospital interior was spacious and stylish. The woman who handled the consultation had a lot of energy. She gave a consultation in a really cheerful voice and did it well. When the director came in, he seemed meticulous at first glance. Since I live in the provinces and wanted to finish the surgery in one go, I said so, but because the mole was a bit large, he said it would be difficult to remove it in one operation. He said at least two surgeries would be needed, and when I thought about going back and forth from the provinces to Seoul three times total for two surgeries plus at least one follow-up check... it felt overwhelming. In the end, before coming here I had already received surgery at another hospital that could remove the large mole in one session. If I had lived in Seoul, I think I would have wanted to get surgery at Lavella.
