The front desk staff explained things kindly and well, and they didn’t pressure me, so I liked that. The director also had no pretentiousness at all. There are many dermatology clinics that just look at your condition roughly, but here they treated me calmly with a gentle smile, so I was able to receive the procedure without feeling uncomfortable. I would visit again.
