Doctor kindness: the consultation was long; kindness was average
Consultation expertise: they set the line once and showed it to me in the mirror; basically, they explained that this much of a line could be set and done. However, during the consultation, it didn’t seem like they were looking at the overall balance of the face, and they just consulted while I was wearing a mask, looking only at my eyes
Staff kindness: their tone was polite, but they didn’t seem to ask in detail about the direction I wanted, or the photos I brought, or what kind of eyes I wanted
Clinic facilities: the first thing I felt as soon as I walked in was that the facilities looked good
Surgery expectations: I’m not sure how well they’ll do it; the cost is higher than other places
