It was about 2 years ago. For reference, I had never had any cosmetic surgery before, and I went there with my younger sibling for a nose surgery consultation for me and an arm liposuction consultation for them, and ended up getting a real-life plastic surgery experience.. It was a complete backfire for us, complete beginners to cosmetic surgery. The director told us to stay for a meal, so we drank coffee there with the patients and even ate lunch ㅠㅠ The consultation manager was also really kind, but she kept saying things like what she had done and where she had done it, mentioning that she had gotten arm lipo from the director here, so it was basically a kind but very direct push to get surgery. The most important thing was that the director was extremely proud, and his standard of beauty was different from mine. I’m 169 cm tall, and at first glance he set the image based on my height and said we should do the surgery, and the nose he drew virtually was so big and long that it took up half my face, which was shocking ㅠㅠ Even though I’m tall, my features are small and compact.. And my face looked long, which I didn’t like ㅠㅠ In the end, it wasn’t just the nose; he quoted around 10 million won with add-ons here and there... And he told us to eat and chat with the patients while having lunch, and I felt bad refusing, so I said yes..ㅎㅎ Then before I knew it I was eating, and upstairs on the 2nd floor I drank coffee with mostly women in their 40s and 50s.. They kept telling me to feel my face here and there.. and saying that since it was COVID, it was the perfect time to do it, that I definitely should. I couldn’t say it, but everyone had bandages on their faces so it was so~ scaryㅠㅠㅠㅠ Reallyㅠㅠ Another thing I remember is that they definitely seem to handle pre-op tests, procedures, and post-op care thoroughly. Even after I got home, they sent the consultation photos and videos via KakaoTalk and kept in touch later, so I was grateful.. My desire for cosmetic surgery completely disappeared, so my sibling and I obviously didn’t go. I don’t know how it is now, but I came back to the community only recently and I still can’t forget the shock from thenㅠ Looking back now, I think the cost was so high that I almost got taken advantage of..ㅎㅎ It ended up sounding like a story time, but I’m leaving this in case it helps you consider the atmosphere of a clinic like this.
