My very first double-eyelid surgery in my life.... buried sutures..... I got it done by Dr. Park, and the staff, manager, and doctor were all kind and explained everything well... but it loosened..... It loosened, so they redid one side for me, and then that loosened again, so I had incisional surgery somewhere else.
Ten years ago the price was 1.2 million won, but I don't know what it is now. Now it's 10 years later, so I think they've gotten better at it and less likely to loosen.
