I had it done without an implant, with osteotomy, correction of a hump, crooked nose correction, and nasal tip cartilage work It was my first surgery, but I went into it thinking it would turn out well Starting 1 year after surgery, the nasal dorsum line has not been smooth So I asked the hospital, and they said they would give me filler..... The nasal tip has not drooped and is holding up well, but overall the line is uneven, so I’m planning revision surgery
